All USA orders are shipped by UPS Ground. The shipping

Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement if you
have an approved return authorization number and return
it in 30 days of the shipment date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
